We offer full Door to Door services and Door to Port Services subject to your requirement. Generally, we recommend using a full Door to Door service when moving internationally in order to ensure full cover insurance is valid and we take responsibility of your entire move from packing till delivery and unpacking services.

We give you tracking information and progress reports so you always know where your furniture and household goods are, no matter where you or they are.

Sea Freight
The least expensive way to ship household goods abroad is by sea freight. Shipping containers made of steel are used to move international sea freight along the most direct ways with the most modern ships and equipment.
Air Freight
Air freight is usually the best choice for things that need to be sent quickly or to hard-to-reach places where sea freight is not a good option. Baxter can provide door-to-door service using good planes to almost any place in the world.
Planning your move is one of the key steps as some of the destination countries may request for set of import documents that need to be fulfilled prior to loading container in UAE. Any delays or incorrect or incomplete documentation may result in container being stuck at destination terminal and additional charges accrue on daily basis or in some case even return of container back to origin at shipper’s cost

Each container pass through many voyages and many types of commodities are stacked for various clients. Water and heat expose them, leading to rust formation, which can pose a risk. All containers are inspected well before we pull every container out from Jebel Ali port and a daytime light test is performed to ensure there are no holes to avoid any water damage and for any rust formation which can be risky when handled at origin or destination port.
We place shipping bookings with DCL (Direct Container Lines) like Maersk, Hapag Lloyd, CMA CGM, etc and always avoid NVOCC. Use of NVOCC can reduce your ocean freight, however the additional charges upon arrival to destination terminal can be on the higher side.
There are many insurers that provide a catered coverage to various removal companies subject to volumes, claims ratio, etc where premiums differ for each service provider and some services and goods list may be excluded or included. You approve detailed service inclusions and exclusions, which we later outline in your insurance policy certificate. Selecting a right insurance company through your removal company is important to ensure the claims process is faster and avoid too much of paper works and documentation.
Use of Accredited Destination Moving Company – We ensure that the service provider we select to handle your shipment clearance and delivery with unpacking services at destination country are tried and tested over the last 10 + years and been regularly quality checked and supporting our clients in the best manner.
Post Covid 19, most removal companies in EU, Americas, UK, Australia etc do not offer full unpacking or assembly services. Your standard service would include unpack of furniture’s only and assembly of standard furniture’s which include simple beds and tables only. To avoid any miscommunications, please ask your move consultant about assembling the additional furniture upon arrival in the destination country, and we can include a separate handyman rate in the quote for your review and consideration. Note that few global destination agents in specific countries do not unpack cartons at all, however there are exceptions where some may unpack cartons that contain breakables and fragile goods only for reporting any damages and for insurance purpose. If you wish to avail full destination unpacking and assembly services, pls request your move consultant to include additional handyman service rate.
